On March 23, the “Discovery” competition, dedicated to the work of Johann Sebastian Bach, was held at the
"Luiza-V" music school.
The jury invited a candidate of art history, teacher of the American University of Armenia, composer, pianist, associate professor Arthur Avanesov and teacher of the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory, graduate of the Higher School of Music in Stuttgart, organist, harpsichordist Konstantin Volostnov.
Performing Bach's music is the main stage in the musical education of children, as well as a difficult test. And despite the great responsibility and excitement entrusted to them, the children adequately coped with the task assigned to them.
The competition will be ongoing, because Bach's music should become a guiding star for our children.
